Tri-ply wok vessel clad combination of 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminum core and magnetic stainless steel, which compatible with all stove-tops including induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass. Steamer and lid are made of heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel. Riveted cast stainless steel handle provides oven safe up to 480°F (250°C). Durability and ease of cleaning, and dishwasher safe.
