Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order for reasons such as stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud; if so you are refunded in full.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown before you confirm your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is captured when your order ships.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

The site, its design and content belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
