We ship to the United States (48 contiguous states). Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Rates & delivery times
- Standard shipping — $6.99, delivered in 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).
- Expedited shipping — $14.99, delivered in 2–3 business days.
- Large or heavy items (appliances, furniture, mattresses) may ship by freight carrier; any additional fee is displayed on the product page and at checkout.
Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day are processed the same day; otherwise the next business day. Delivery estimates start after processing and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships. Track at any time from My Account › Orders.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kentesupmarket.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace the item or refund you in full.
Taxes & duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. We currently do not ship internationally, so no import duties apply.
