Giusti Olive Oil:

Giusti Extra Virgin Olive Oil represents a fine selection obtained from the most representative Sicilian olive cultivars. The olives are harvested by hand, as in the past, and are processed within a few hours through a latest generation cold system, which preserves all the nutritional and organoleptic properties. The result is a medium fruity oil, characterized by notes of green tomato, artichoke and Mediterranean herbs. Ideal for all preparations, both raw and cooked. In particular to dress vegetables, salads, legume soups, and second courses of meat and fish.

Giusti Balsamic Vinegar 3 Gold Medals:

Born from a historic family recipe from the beginning of the 20th century, this Balsamic Vinegar is born from sweet, sundried grapes. Aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in a considerable dense and sweet dressing, perfect as a fresh dressing for various savory or sweet dishes. Recommended with ravioli, fresh pasta, grilled meats, grilled vegetables, raw fish, fruit salad and dessert.
