• Portobello, Spinach & Mozzarella: A diverse vegetarian assortment of onion, Mozzarella and Ethiopian twist. Brought together as one inside a spinach dough.
• Spicy Cheese: A heavenly assortment of six melted cheeses, unified by caramelized onions and spicy jalapeños. Nothing says “come together” quite like this.
• Vegan Pinto Bean: Bright tamarind, lime and jalapeño happily coexist with velvety pinto beans, carrots and spinach to create a mouthful of vegan delights.
• Shiitake Curry: An Asian vegan blend of eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, potatoes and onions, dressed in coconut milk and warmly received inside turmeric dough.

Heating Instructions: 

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place frozen empanadas on a sheet pan and place it in the oven.
3. Heat from frozen in the oven for 15-20 minutes .
4. Carefully remove from the oven as the product will be hot. Serve and enjoy.

Product Details:

• Nuchas boxes should arrive frozen and within two days from the time of shipping.
• We suggest you place them directly into your freezer for storage.
• The empanadas will retain their freshness in the freezer for up to Twelve months and in the fridge for four days
• For best results, do not thaw before heating.
