Description
About the Commercial 1250 Treadmill: The NordicTrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill is built for runners and made to perform. A speed range of 0-12 MPH allows you to run up to a 5-minute-mile pace. The adjustable 12% incline to -3% decline allows you to train with precision, mimicking the exact gradients you’ll face in your race. This specificity not only builds powerful leg strength and endurance by targeting different muscle groups but also enhances cardiovascular fitness and increases calorie burn through more efficient heart rate elevation. The 10” HD touchscreen tilts for optimal viewing while running or walking on the treadmill. The RunFlex™ cushioning is engineered specifically for runners; it offers the perfect balance, ensuring you get maximum energy return with every stride, without sacrificing the support you need. During your workout, the AutoBreeze™ fan keeps you cool and automatically adjusts based on the intensity of your workout. A USB-C port lets you charge your phone while you move. After your workout, this foldable treadmill easily folds and rolls away to save space, making it perfect for home gyms.
