The hammered design of the blades creates small air pockets that prevent food from sticking to the blade. The forged, triple-riveted handles are constructed of durable rust and corrosion-resistant fiberglass and contoured to provide a secure and comfortable grip. The Takumi 8-inch Chef Knife is ideal for mincing herbs, finely slicing and chopping fruits and vegetables, or cutting thick meat.
