- No. 82 Ceremonial Organic Matcha: 100% Stone-Ground Organic Japanese Green Tea.
- No. 20 Vanilla Matcha: Stone-Ground Japanese Green Tea (80%), Flavouring.

Sift 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 1–2g) of matcha powder directly into your ceramic bowl.

Add about 2fl oz (60ml) of hot water—ideally around 176°F (80°C) to prevent bitterness.

Take your bamboo whisk and briskly whisk in a “W” or “M” motion (rather than a circular stir) using your wrist, until a rich, vibrant green froth forms on top.

Top with additional hot water for a traditional tea, or pour over warm, frothed milk for a luxurious matcha latte.
Ceramic Bowl Care: Hand wash with warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Bamboo Whisk Care: Before first use, gently rinse the whisk in warm water to allow the curls to bloom. After each use, rinse under cold water without soap, reshape the tines gently with your fingers, and stand it upright (tines facing up) or place it on a whisk holder to dry completely. Never leave the whisk soaking or place it in a closed container while wet.
