Dom Perignon 2010; A firm and vivid Champagne with a precise, focused palate. Full-bodied and dry. Very layered and bright with light pineapple, peach, praline, cooked-apple and stone aromas and flavors. Very subtle and focused at the end.
Dom Perignon Rose 2006; The bouquet is mesmerizing, ripe, and complex. The opening notes are a blend of dark spices and cocoa which develop very quickly into fruit aromas. Fruit reigns supreme, with roasted fig and apricot and candied orange. The overall effect exudes smoky accents.
Accompanied by two exquisite Riedel Overture champagne glasses.
