Description
Alimentias was founded in 1999 with the objective of sharing Spain’s exceptional cheeses with the world. From the start, the company devoted itself to selecting and producing cheeses made using top-quality milk, strict quality standards, and traditional recipes. Over the years, Alimentias has expanded their range to offer cheeses that blend the best of Spain’s cheesemaking heritage with innovative flavors.
Crafted in Spain from rich sheep’s milk and marbleized with black garlic, this cheese strikes a salty and sweet balance in every bite. The black garlic lends meaty and molasses notes to the buttery cheese, weaving savory depth through the cheese without overpowering it. Firm yet supple, the Don Juan Black Garlic Sheep’s Milk Cheese is ideal for cheese boards, shaved over salads, or melted to unlock its creaminess. Pair with fig jam and cured hams to draw out its complexity or enjoy alongside a sparkling wine to elevate its aromatic character.
