Mazzetti Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, Bordeaux (12 years) Produced from Emilia Romagna and Modenese grapes which are aged in wooden barrels of different types of woods: cherry, chestnut, oak, juniper ash and mulberry.
The selection of grape musts, the open-vessel cooking process, the resting periods in barrels created especially with materials that have been studied in the greatest detail, and, finally, delicate decanting from one barrel to the next, which is repeated year after year, for 12 years, creates a truly unique product and experience.  Use creatively in a wide array of applications, such as on filet mignon, cheese, grilled vegetables and vanilla ice cream.
