Mazzetti Organic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Gold (25 Year) Aged in wooden barrels of different types of woods: cherry, chestnut, oak, juniper ash and mulberry. The selection of grape musts, the open-vessel cooking process, the resting periods in barrels created especially with materials that have been studied in the greatest detail, and, finally, delicate decanting from one barrel to the next, which is repeated year after year, for 25 years. You will sense all of this when you taste our DOP-Certified Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena product.  Dark, syrupy and strong, pairs perfectly with fruit and especially with strawberries, Parmigiano Reggiano, and ice cream.
