Description
This Starfrit The Rock 2-piece set includes a 9.5-inch and an 11-inch fry pans with cast stainless steel handles. This set features great performance thanks to our patent pending Rock.Tec surface treatment coating. This patent pending technology uses tiny steel pellets to harden the aluminum creating a rock-like finish surface with peaks and hollows on the surface of the pan. These dimples create air pockets under the food, so the food does not have a flat surface to stick on. The result is an unparalleled nonstick performance. This rock-like surface is also highly scratch-resistant allowing the use of metal utensils. The extra thick forged aluminum base gives you everything you need for optimum heat distribution and ease of use. The cast stainless steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and are oven safe up to broil, giving you the utmost flexibility from stove top, including induction, to oven, to table, to dishwasher.
