Due to the perishable nature of the items, orders will only ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday delivery. Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

On a bun, wrapped in a pita or tortilla with coleslaw, in your favorite fish taco recipe, as an open-faced sandwich, flaked and added to an omelet, served over a bed of mixed greens with a light vinaigrette, topped with avocado slices and a squeeze of lemon, or paired with roasted vegetables for a wholesome meal.
Ingredients:
Pink and/or Keta and/or Sockeye Salmon, Vegetable Oil (soybean and/or canola), Onion, Contains 2% or less of: Water, Sea Salt, Potato Powder, Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Rosemary Extract, Mesquite Smoke Flavor, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Beet Juice (color), Annatto Extract (color).
Contains: Fish (pink and/or keta salmon and/or sockeye salmon).
Preparation and Cooking:
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.

Air Fryer- Set air temperature to 400°F. Place the desired amount in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 12 to 13 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Pan-Fry – In a lightly oiled pan, cook frozen burger (s) over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

Conventional oven – Preheat to 400°F. Place frozen burger(s) on a lightly greased baking sheet, and cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side.

Grill or Barbecue – Preheat to 350°F. Cook frozen burger (s) for 6 to 7 minutes on each side.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
Keep frozen at or below 0°f until ready to cook.
