Both pans are crafted from heavy gauge Aluminized steel for durability, strength, and reliable heat distribution. Each pan features USA Pan’s AMERICOAT silicone based nonstick coating for easy food release and easier cleanup. Corrugated surfaces promote air circulation around the pans while adding strength to the construction. The steel half sheet baking and cooling rack provides a durable surface for cooling baked goods and fits securely in both the large cookie sheet and half sheet pan.
